Inspired by her book, Aegean, the head chef of Hackney’s Morito brings home-cooked delicacies and wine from her native Crete into your home this December
The hamper includes an array of goods to be eaten over Christmas: a traditional curing paste for meat or fish (laced with fenugreek) olive and anchovy butter, Cretan Graviera (aged sheep’s milk cheese) and mouth-watering buttery biscuits. A selection of longer-lasting products makes this hamper the gift which keeps giving: quince and chilli jam, sultana grape preserve (perfect poured over custard and ice cream), Cretan mountain tea and soft sesame bites.
